Smooth Fitness: Finally A Company Who Values Their Customers!

Well, now that I've expended energy on bad customer service, I want to send thanks out to Carl at Smooth Fitness!  He achieved the impossible and managed to get my purchase delivered and assembled.  Not only was he tremendously helpful, but the company clearly has a commitment to customer service.  Perhaps they should run a seminar?
